Laura Welch Bush (English: Laura Lane Welch Bush; November 4, 1946 -), formerly known as Laura Lane Welch, is the wife of the 43rd President of the United States, George Walker Bush, one of the former first ladies of the United States, and the only first lady of the United States who gave birth to twins.
