Josh Shapiro
Joshua David Shapiro (English: Joshua David Shapiro, June 20, 1973 -) is an American lawyer and Democratic politician. He is currently the Governor of Pennsylvania (48th term). He served as Pennsylvania Attorney General (50th term) from 2017 to 2023 and served as Chairman of the Montgomery County Commission from 2012 to 2017. As a centrist Democrat and Jewish American, Shapiro's support for Israel has been criticized by the progressive left of the Democratic Party, and as a result, he was not selected as the vice presidential candidate by Harris in the 2024 presidential election.
