Toshiro Mifune (Japanese: Toshiro Mifune, April 1, 1920 - December 24, 1997), was born in Qingdao, China during the Japanese Lend Period, and is a Japanese film actor. In 2016, Toshiro Mifune was posthumously awarded a celebrity star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in recognition of his contribution to world cinema.
