George Harrison, MBE (English: George Harrison, February 25, 1943 - November 29, 2001), was a British guitarist, musician, singer, composer, music and film producer, who is world-famous as the lead guitarist of The Beatles. Although John Lennon and Paul McCartney were the band's main songwriters, most of their albums contained at least one Harrison song, including "While My Guitar Gently Weeps", "Here Comes the Sun" and "Something". The latter is the second most cover version of the Beatles song. Since 1965, the Beatles' albums have included at least two songs by Harrison.
