Guo Guangchang

Guo Guangchang (February 16, 1967 -), a native of Dongyang, Zhejiang, is a Chinese entrepreneur. He is currently the chairman of Fosun Group, a member of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, a member of the Standing Committee of the 10th All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, a member of the Standing Committee of the All-China Youth Federation, and the Honorary President of the Shanghai Zhejiang Chamber of Commerce. His wife is Wang Jinyuan, the anchor of Shanghai TV's "Oriental Noon News", who is his schoolgirl at Fudan University. The two have two daughters and one son. In 2015, Guo Guangchang ranked 49th on the Hurun China Rich List with a net worth of 29 billion yuan. In 2017, Guo Guangchang ranked 33rd on the Forbes Chinese Rich List with a net worth of US$6.3 billion. In 2023, according to the Hurun Global Rich List, Guo Guangchang has a net worth of 44 billion yuan, ranking 432nd on the rich list. Guo Guangchang is enthusiastic about social welfare undertakings and currently serves as the vice chairman of China Guangcai Foundation, the vice chairman of Youcheng Entrepreneur Poverty Alleviation Foundation, and the vice chairman of YBC Youth Entrepreneurship Foundation.
