Liu Qitao

Liu Qitao (August 1957-), graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering of Dalian University of Technology. He once served as deputy director of the 13th Bureau of China Hydropower, chairman of China Hydropower International Corporation, secretary of the party committee and deputy general manager of China Hydropower Construction Group. In December 2010, he was appointed president of China Communications Construction Group. In April 2013, he served as Chairman, President and Chairman of China Communications Construction Group. In January 2014, he served as deputy secretary of the Party Committee of China Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd. and ceased to serve as secretary of the Party Committee of China Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd. and president of China Communications Construction Co., Ltd. In October 2016, he served as Secretary of the Party Committee of China Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd. and no longer served as the general manager of China Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd. In January 2018, he was elected as a member of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
