Kijuro Kaihara
Baron Kijuro Shitahara (Japanese: Kijuro Shitahara/Shidera Kijurou, September 13, 1872 - March 10, 1951) was a Japanese politician, diplomat, and the 44th Prime Minister of the Cabinet. He served successively as Japan's Ambassador to the Netherlands, Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Speaker of the House of Representatives.
