Eliza Chan Ching-har, GBS, JP (English: Eliza Chan Ching-har, 1956-), is a registered lawyer in Hong Kong, a member of the Executive Council, vice president of the Hong Kong Provincial CPPCC Members Association, honorary president of the Hong Kong Tianjin Association, Hong Kong member of the 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th CPPCC National Committee, and leader of the Patriotism Education Working Group of the Constitution and Basic Law Promotion Steering Committee. She was a senior partner of Zurich Law Firm and is currently a senior consultant of Deloitte China and a founding partner of Qinxin Law Firm.
