Huang Zhen (August 1960 -), male, native of Yinxian County, Zhejiang Province, is an expert in China's power machinery engineering, professor and vice president of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, vice chairman of the Central Committee of the China Association for the Promotion of Democracy, and vice chairman of the Shanghai CPPCC.
