Cao Chaoyang

Cao Chaoyang (1963-), born in Hebei, is currently the chairman and CEO of China National Chemical and Rubber Corporation, and the chairman and party secretary of Fengshen Tire Co., Ltd. In 1978, the second year after the restoration of the college entrance examination system after the Cultural Revolution, he enrolled in Zhenjiang Agricultural Machinery College (the predecessor of Jiangsu University) at the age of 15. In 1982, after graduation, he began to join the Henan Rubber Factory, which is now Fengshen Tire Co., Ltd. , but left in the middle of 1991 until 2000, including deputy director of the workshop, deputy director of the branch, secretary of the party committee and director of the Jiaozuo Synthetic Fiber Factory, and then in 2000, he was appointed general manager, secretary of the party committee, and chairman of the board of directors of Henan Tire Group Co., Ltd. today. In addition, he also serves as the chairman, general manager and party committee secretary of China National Chemical Rubber Guilin Co., Ltd., the chairman and general manager of CRRC Shuangxi Tire Co., Ltd., and the director of Qingdao Huanghai Rubber Co., Ltd.
