Qiao Shibo — biography

Qiao Shibo (October 26, 1954 - August 5, 2024) was a Chinese entrepreneur. In 1992, he joined several subsidiaries of China Resources Group, including China Resources Cement Holdings Co., Ltd., Huayuan Group Co., Ltd., China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (retired), Sanjiu Enterprise Group (retired), Vanke and other subsidiaries. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Chinese from Jilin University, China. He once served as CEO and general manager of China Resources Group Co., Ltd. and chairman of China Resources Enterprise Co., Ltd. He retired on January 7, 2016 and no longer holds the above-mentioned positions.
