Sergio Leonel Agüero del Castillo (Spanish: Sergio Leonel Agüero del Castillo; June 2, 1988 -), also known as Kun Agüero (Spanish: Kun Agüero), was born in Buenos Aires Province. He is an Argentine retired professional football player who serves as a forward. On July 5, 2003, Aguero made his debut in the Argentine Football League on behalf of the Independiente team. At this time, only 35 days had passed since his 15th birthday, and he also broke Maradona's 27-year record as the youngest player to appear in the Argentine Football League. In 2006, Aguero joined La Liga team Atletico Madrid for a transfer fee of 23 million euros. From 2006 to 2011, Aguero won the 2007 Golden Boy Award, a Europa League championship and a European Super Cup championship. Aguero joined the Premier League powerhouse Manchester City in July 2011. The transfer fee at the time was 35 million pounds, becoming the highest bidder in the 2011 Premier League summer window. The deal proved to be quite successful. During his 10 years at Manchester City, he helped the team win 5 Premier League championship trophies. Among them, on May 13, 2012, in the game against Queens Park Rangers, Aguero scored a goal in the 93rd minute and 20 seconds, allowing Manchester City to win the first top league championship in 44 years, so 93:20 has also become a symbol of Aguero. He is also the historical top scorer of Manchester City Club, the fourth top scorer in Premier League history (184 goals), the top foreign scorer in the Premier League, the player with the most hat tricks in the Premier League (12 times), and the most goals for a single club. Aguero was also the Premier League Golden Boot winner in the 2014-15 season and twice entered the PFA Team of the Year. He and Manchester City won 6 League Cup championships (he and Fernandinho are the players who have won the most games) and 1 FA Cup championship. In 2021, Aguero joined La Liga giants Barcelona as a free agent. On October 18, 2021, in Barcelona's match against Valencia, Aguero came on as a substitute in the 87th minute, which was also his first time playing for Barcelona. At the national team level, Aguero represented Argentina U-20 in the World Youth Championship in 2005 and 2007, and won the championship twice. In 2008, he represented the Argentina national football team and won the gold medal at the Beijing Olympics. July 2021
