Wang Wei
Wang Wei (December 25, 1937 - January 26, 2023), a Chinese semiconductor optoelectronics expert. Born in Wen'an, Hebei. Graduated from the Department of Physics of Peking University in 1960, majoring in semiconductor physics. Researcher at the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 1997, he was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
