Tao Shiyan (August 12, 1918 - December 17, 2012), male, native of Jiaxing, Zhejiang, was a Chinese meteorologist and a researcher at the Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He once served as the chairman of the Chinese Meteorological Society.
