Fang Weihai (December 22, 1955-), a native of Dingyuan, Anhui, is a Chinese physical chemist. He graduated from the Chemistry Department of Fuyang Normal University in 1982 and received his PhD from the Chemistry Department of Beijing Normal University in 1993. He is currently the dean of the School of Chemistry at Beijing Normal University. In 2013, he was elected as an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
