Qin Fen — biography

Qin Fen (August 31, 1991 -), a Chinese male singer and actor, is currently an artist under Awakening East. He was discovered by a talent scout in college and became a Chinese trainee of CUBE. In 2014, he officially debuted as the deputy lead singer of the boy band THE LEGEND. By July 2016, THE LEGEND requested SS Entertainment to terminate the contract and the group was disbanded on the grounds that the company had not performed its business. After returning to China, he did not sign with other agencies until he joined Awakening East in 2017 and returned to stage performance. In January 2018, he participated in the iQiyi idol boy group competition to compete in the development reality show "Idol Producer", and finally won 18th place. On May 15, 2018, they made their debut again with the boy band Awaken-F. In October 2019, he won the "Most Potential Singer of the Year" award on the Asian New Song Chart.
