Tian Fanjiang — biography
Tian Fanjiang (January 1974-) is a Chinese entrepreneur. Born in January 1974, he received a bachelor's degree in computer science from Tsinghua University in 1996 and a doctorate from Tsinghua University in 2000. After graduation, he founded Beijing Yiju Zhongzhuang E-Commerce Co., Ltd. and joined Accenture in 2001 as a consulting manager. In May 2005, he founded Baihe.com in Beijing and served as its chairman. In 2015, Baihe.com was listed on the New Third Board. In December 2017, it officially merged with Century Jiayuan and changed its name to Baihe Jiayuan. In July 2018, Fosun International acquired Baihe Jiayuan, taking a controlling stake of 69.18%. On April 30, 2019, he announced his resignation as chairman of Baihe Jiayuan. On May 17 of the same year, Beijing Boxue Mingbin Technology Co., Ltd. was established and served as chairman.
