Lu Yao (December 3, 1949 - November 17, 1992), formerly known as Wang Weiguo, was born in Qingjian, Shaanxi. Writer of the People's Republic of China. He once served as a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Shaanxi Branch of the Chinese Writers Association.
